I listen to the morning radio show, here in San Diego, on weekdays, but they are on vacation last week, this week, and next week... so I switched to listening to podcasts until the holidays are over.
I started with Conan, who is entertaining, and was interviewing some interesting people, one was Dax Shepard. They mentioned that Shepard has his own podcast, and so I switched over to listen to those, and the guest stars he has.
One, Ted Danson, was another cool interview, as Danson was the lead in Cheers, and has a lifetime of acting to talk about,
Well, they met once, years before Shepard got into acting, while he was a motorcycle messenger when he first moved to LA, and was delivering to a business in Beverly Hills, where Danson was leaving a meeting, and they both were waiting at the intersection for the cross walk light to switch.
Fast forward 20 years, and Danson works on the show The Good Place with Shepard's wife, Kristen Bell, and are now good friends.
