DeleteNot that I don't agree with you, but, it's a pennant more or less... some amalgam of a boats ensign, historical nod to the good ol flags of yore, and those stupid little captains hat type of guys who carry a pipe, but don't smoke it type of flag they fly off the stern that don't belong there.
