On you of the car/motorcycle shows on TV they did mention that the custom made wheels they were using had been tested. Don't remember which show and they only said that those had been tested. Didn't say if there were legal requirements to do so.
I see your point. I looked up this can company online, and they still sell this wheel - in a five stud pattern the thumbnail for it looks almost as bad as this picture.

ReplyDeleteNo worker drilled those, I suspect. They'd set them up mechanically to be drilled in an assembly line fashion, or, simply cast with the holes
