comparison - Fiat 500 and Mini, the first 20 months of sales

The Fiat sold 30% more cars than Mini did.

  1. I bought one of the first Abarths in 2012. The little bastard has been really fun and surprisingly trouble free. I'd heard that's the exception though.

    1. yes, I'm aware that 40% of the Fiat 500s have been returned as Lemons. I work at a new and used car dealership right now, and we steadily get a stream of 500s that are all Lemon Law returns that we buy at auction and sell on the used car lot. Darned if I know if they've got a warranty or will need more repairs, but we've sold every one we've gotten, and for a lot less than new... most are priced around 9 thou.
