what 60's car was such a hunk of junk, or so ugly, that you'd refuse to accept one if it was given to you (thanks to Nathan for inspiring this post question!)

I'll go with a 60 Studebaker. Lark, Hawk, doesn't matter. Ugly, and I'm going to imaging impossible to get parts for like brake lines, brake pads, engine parts, etc. After all, a 65 year old Studebaker probably doesn't have much for parts support in the replacement parts anymore.

1960 AMC Rambler Ambassador... I'd pass on that too

and a 1960 Ventura. Not for me.

  1. You see mate, that is what it's all about! To me,the last Stude Lark(we had down here) was not a too bad lookin' machine.(I'm still wanting a 53 Stude!)At least, compared to the GM and Ford offerings of the time. And I can't believe you forgot the Edsel!! And to me it's not about the ease of parts supply...It's all about the Passion! Love your work , mate. Nil bastadio carborundum.

    1. But my question is only about the 1960-1969 cars... and the 1960 Edsel was good looking. 1950s cars, there were too many for me to look through them all to answer a question like this, so I avoided asking a question about the 50s cars
