I spotted these 3 kids on the 163 Northbound freeway, then they took the 8 East to get to the Mission Valley Mall... on a Monday afternoon around 3 pm. Not even worried about CHP, that's how rare the CHP patrols San Diego freeways, and proof that kids are ready to do anything risky when their parents buy them expensive toys.. no way they'd PEDAL their young selves for miles

I just got a notification in the mail from the town council that E bikes and scooters are illegal on the highway, I hope the parents take that to heart because kids are always running up the state highway.

Highway M5, one of Hungary's busiest highways. She somehow avoided to kill herself and get off at the next ramp.
