seen on a city street.... in a newer development area only about a year after people moved in... someone EFFED up this car, had it towed near their condo, tossed a car cover over it, and forgot it existed (or it would be fixed by now)

 Unless this car was built with rear steer, and parked with full left turn, that rear end is EFFED up!
