Milton Industries new Precision Digital Inflator Gage features four units of measure: PSI, kPa, BAR and kg/cm with a range of 0 to 160 PSI plus an unheard of accuracy of +/- 0.05%.

Why? Who needs that accurate of a tire pressure? Besides racers, who in many different racing types need very accurate measurements for exact same pressure in 2 or 4 tires, it turns out BMW and Audi now have TPMS sensors that read in tenths of a pound of pressure.

End user street prices ranging from $200 to $250 depending on hose/chuck options and your retailer.

  1. BMW and Audi displays read out tenths of a pound, which may or may not be accurate. The question remains is it necessary to be that anal, or are they doing that just because they can, not because they should.
