NOS (new old stock) B-25J glass nose, it's never been installed on a plane. But the Sandbar Mitchell really needs a nose

The B-25J nose was sold as war-surplus where it was housed at the Tuskegee Army Airfield. It has never been installed on a B-25.

It spent some of its life as a well pump cover, but then was acquired by the current owner, who knew its value and saved it. He has since installed all the original equipment as per the North American parts manual, making this a one-of-a-kind complete bomber nose!

This particular nose was on loan for many years to the Fantasy of Flight Museum in Florida, but eventually was put in storage.

Patrick was able to negotiate an agreement to purchase the nose for Sandbar Mitchell, but its $40,000 within the next 18 months!

Many people may think this seems to be a lot, but if you can help them out,  please visit our website, www.warbirdsofglory.org. We appreciate the continued support in order to make Sandbar Mitchell return to the skies!
