Oh crap... at least no one died

Dinwiddie Fire and EMS and Dinwiddie Emergency Management, VA reports that Engine 3 was struck by a tractor trailer on I- 85 last night while covering Medic 12 at an accident scene.

The impact knocked the cab completely off the chassis. A Dinwiddie Sheriffs Office vehicle was also heavily damaged.

One firefighter and one deputy were transported to hospital for minor injuries. The tractor trailer driver was taken to VCU via Life Evac. FF and Deputy have been treated and released from hospital. Pics are what's left of 2002 Pierce Quantum.

Can anyone hear me now say drive more damn carefully?
