1912 Mercedes model 37 with perfect wood coachwork by Henri Labourdette, was at Wavecrest and was a crowd magnet

Thanks to Ivan for the assist in reading the coachbuilders name... I couldn't see the cursive script well enough

Update feb 2015, http://theoldmotor.com/?p=137985  is an article on the Henri Labourdette cars

  1. Henri Labourdette, not LabourOlette.

  2. The skiff body is not an original Labourdette. It is a reproduction built by Dale Adams Enterprises in 1995. The coachbuilder's plaque was copied from an original body on a Peugeot at the Seal Cove museum in Maine.
