A magazine / website looks interesting

Skinned Knuckles magazine is a monthly publication written by and for collectors and restorers. Each issue contains articles about making repairs and maintaining and restoring vintage and classic collector vehicles. Each issue contains regular columns, contributor’s submissions, an events calendar, restoration supply and service advertisements and restoration book lists.

Now in our 32nd year, Skinned Knuckles has earned the reputation as the hobby’s premier monthly auto restoration magazine. With its staff of outstanding writers, SK features nearly 100 restoration articles annually, in addition to technical tips, shop ideas and much more. The regular columns range from historical, to anecdotal, and “How-To” articles. Each article is liberally illustrated with detailed photographs and drawings.

Skinned Knuckles is for the collector interested in restoring a vehicle to its original condition. Our subscriber is the handy, grease-under-the-fingernails type of mechanic. And he DRIVES his cars. He's proud of his vehicles.

Skinned Knuckles is available by subscription.
