Petrolicious just made an article that focuses on the goofy looking outfits the models wore when those odd prototypes were in vogue, and "futuristic" themed models had to look like the extras from Buck Rogers, Star Trek, etc low budget tv sci fi

The car on the first two pictures is the Alfa Carabo concept car from 1968. If you enlarge the second picture, you can see the model's shoes!
