Pepe's most famous work, is Batman: Digital Justice, and his early underground work in the San Francisco bay area was featured at the Smithsonian Institution and in permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Art in France.
I saw Rebel in a copy of Heavy Metal probably 30 years ago and it completely influenced my ambition to become a comics artist/illustrator. Love his work.
