Always found the Austin Atlantic to be an example of missing the mark by a wide margin. Although it was target toward the US market, they only sold 350 cars in the states (4% of total production). While it was a nice looking little car, the price was 50% more than the contemporary Chevrolet and Ford, 'nuff said!
