it sure gets people to look in your booth when you have a Cord in it (very unusual), but, an electric Cord? Ummmm, don't they know that electric conversions aren't impressive, only original or hot rodded cars are impressive

there is something funny about having an "electric Cord". I was there at SEMA talking with the builder and the drivetrain from the car sinces its prior restoration (not a #'s matching car) was set aside and the car itself is not permanently altered. the owner wanted it simple and reliable. supposedly they will get the preselector operational again to control the vehicle.
OMG! Electric Cord! I love that pun! I never saw that coming! Thank you! Sure, that's fine that the mod is reversible, but, what I said still stands. To really have a car in a booth to draw in the people walking by, a hot rodded car or a number matching, but not an electric. Having the preselector functional? That's very cool!
Should be a law against that.
ReplyDeleteThe company that did this upfit describes themselves well REVOLT-ING! Ruined a Cord.
