A sad small town mid America 60 year comparison... for whatever reason, the owners of the building are probably still paying property taxes, but neither keeping the building up as a rental for other businesses, nor tearing it down and selling the property

that is a perfect little business where hard working people earned a living and were a pillar of the community

Now it's a memory of better days
