1937 Evinrude Streamflow. The Evinrude Company didn't just make motors. They made bicycles too.

A very rare, and expensive, if restored properly, bike. They were only made from 1935-40 and a restored one can bring over $10,000 if a collector is desperate.

Streamflow was a short-lived effort to produce a deluxe aluminum “Full-Floating” level-ride, sprung-frame bicycle. Priced at the top of the market and equipped with a built-in horn and speedometer theses bikes proved to be too complicated and were prone to stress fractures. It is estimated that less than 100 were produced and that only 25 survive.
