Bantam Boulevard Delivery, 1939, by Marion Post Wolcott for the Farm Security Administration.

Designed by Count Alexis de Saknoffsky, only 70 were built between 1938 and 1939 (but some leftovers were sold as 1940 and 1941 models). "Priced at $549, the Deluxe version included whitewall tires, leather upholstery, dual wipers and horns, chrome wheel trim rings and interior appointments. The Boulevard Delivery weighed 1,200 pounds and was powered by a 45 cubic-inch, inline, four-cylinder engine producing 20 horsepower."

Miami Beach, Florida. Even the gas stations are on an elaborate scale, often modern in design, resembling hotels.

Thanks Steve!
