Old fire trucks are probably the average Joe's best chance of obtaining a COE. Where I am in upstate NY (Watertown) and dozens of small surrounding communities this was a common pumper for years and years. These are fairly common to pop up every now and then on local auction or surplus sites. They're not a classic as a lot of the older ones but they still have a lot of potential
