I'm out of a job since Monday, I won't be posting much at all til I've got another job

Sorry everyone. But hey, with 12,500 posts, over the past 7 years, there aren't many of you that have seen them all. Go hit the archives for some cool stuff you haven't seen yet, or check the sites I have listed because I recommend them so much.

  4. Sorry to hear about your job situation. I'm sure a great opportunity is just around the corner. Best of luck finding it quickly. I greatly appreciate your work on "Just a Car Guy". It's a daily read for me & I recommend it to all my auto enthusiast buddies & students.

  7. You should figure out a way to monetize this site. Perhaps an ad here and there could generate a little passive income for you.

For anyone about to complain about that, don't be selfish. If it bothers you that much go find your own car porn.

    1. I had to laugh... cause I appreciate your taking the time to help... but ironically, I am the one that is bothered by advertising... ain't that a son of a gun! I have stubbornly shot down all the low life insurance company scum that want to advertise their bullshit on my blog. No one reputable or admirable has asked to advertise. The only companies and people that I admire don't need to pay for advertising, and the ones I admire I post about for free. Just like the sites I admire, I list from respect and admiration. The only way I'd monetize it would be to charge for subscribing, and that won't work, no one would pay to look at it. The internet is free, and all the content on it can be found on other sites, we bloggers mostly just filter in a way that readers like, and they come back to see what they and I like. Thank you!
