made for sports cars, or by a drunk surveyor

in Northern Wisconsin, by Sturgeon Bay

"I've driven this road many times when I lived in Green Bay, on my way up in Door county to escape to the woods and water. The road is designed with two purposes in mind: first and foremost, it slows the back-roads traffic (in theory) from the insane speed you can get away with in the area to a quiet pace before hitting an abrupt stop about half a mile down the road where the ferry terminal is to go to Washington Island, and it also serves as a picturesque painting and photography site that makes the area memorable. It's also a great road to drive if nobody else is on it (guilty as charged)" ... http://carnut1.blogspot.com/
