The Allen Car Co, lasted 8 years

Formed in 1913 the Allen cars had high quality, which resulted in high prices. The company originated in Fostoria Ohio, but in 1919 it was sold to a Columbus consortium and it died in 1921. http://www.shorpy.com/

  1. My understanding is that the Columbus factories of the Allen Motor Car Company closed in 1922. Wouldn't that equal 10 years of production? Are there Allen radiator emblems out there for sale?
