That is a very big load in that truck. It looks like it's 9 or 10 feet tall from the floor of the bed! It looks like they are moving all of their belongings in a 1 ton dually. Is that a Mexican license plate?
yes, Mexican plate, and this sort of overload is common, with pallets, mattresses, etc. Every couple minutes you'll see something heading south with very little room above it to clear under the overpasses
