Did you know that Walt Disney's personal airplane, a Grumman G-159 Gulfstream 1, which Walt used for commuting between Burbank and Orlando sits in a service area north of Disney’s Animal Kingdom in Orlando, gutted and abandoned

at one point it was planned for relocation to Glendale but no one wanted to fund the shipping cost. 

Disney optioned it to Florida air museums but no takers.

Walt Disney’s Grumman Gulfstream I plane is making a cross-country journey to Anaheim, California, where it will be on display for fans attending the sold-out D23 Expo 2022
