Did a bit of digging, its in a derelict Shipyard in Sydney Harbor, called Cockatoo Island. It was made by Thomas Shanks Co in Scotland, and is probably about 100 years old. Could find the exact dimensions on it though.
Impressive large stuff is right. I guarantee you all they'd have to do is flip the power back on and this beast would be ready to work. I've used many old machines as a machinist and the old ones though often very worn always were better made than contemporary designs.
