Jesse, That top photo of your father and Tony Allinson is one I took about 60 years ago! Bill and Tony were fellow hot rodders and good friends of mine. Sadly, Tony died about 7 years ago, and I have lost track of Bill. Can you please put me in contact with him by giving him my name, phone number and email address, and ask him to contact me. Note that I will be away from Sept. 22 until Oct. 7, but would love to hear from Bill. Rumour has it that he moved from Edmonton to BC, but I haven't been able to get any info from old fellow members of the Capital City Hot Rod Association that sponsored the drag races, who know where Bill is. John, you stated that the photo you took is of my father. Nope. No where did I say anything about my dad. You read someone's comment, and he didn't say his first name, but HIS dad is Bill Sherman, and there's another comment on this page, from Tony's son Dan. You might want to reply to THEIR comments to get there attention. That's the extent of my involvement in telling anyone anything. I don't know nobody involved in nothing and ain't telling anyone but you what my status is so you understand that if you want to hear from anyone else, you'll need to contact them. I don't do that. I post cool stuff. That's what I do.
That is my dad, Bill Sherman, on the right. They used to run this car in A-Altered. They also ran this car with 6-71 blower on the 392 Hemi.
