looks like a Keystone Cops caper.. but it's actually a rolled over Goggomobile that had to swerve to avoid hitting a truck that was at fault and pulling out into the road... ending up rolling over, hurting everyone inside
The OCD Fire Department showed up; look at how neatly all of the tools are laid out on a tarp so they don't get dirty. And they did such a nice job with a bit of reinforcing you could probably drive that Gogomobile to the next concours and register it as one of one roadster.
