just how bad do you need to protest people speeding past on the 4 lane road to put up this sign in your front yard? 

Call the damn cops and force them to make a speed trap, or cut out the shape of a cop car, and set it up nearby where it will look like a speeding trap. Or buy a old cop car, make it look real, and park it nearby where people will mistake it for a speed trap, at least the 1st time they see it.
