A half track fire engine? In Philly? WTH? (Shas finds the photo of the month!!) Thanks Shas! Fantastic photo! Used from 1961-1969, held 1000 gallons of water and was used to fight grass fires. Probably Army Surplus from WW2, or Korea

  1. Cool, never saw one actually kitted out in FD livery before. I knew of one in the Sandhills of NE that was used as an ambulance in the 60's and 70's because the roads out in the range land were so poor and in the winter for obvious reasons.

  2. You're welcome, I'm glad I could help. A man wanders through the depths of the net and sometimes he comes across something special.
