Guinness World Records certified that Ffordd Pen Llech, in the Welsh seaside town of Harlech, has a gradient of 37.45%

    They cheated when measuring the Welsh street. Baldwin Street in Dunedin, New Zealand, now has the title back again. The comments on the You Tube video pretty much tell the story.
