Most undoubtedly, but not to a train buff. They might consider that seventh heaven. Now on a more realistic note. Who's the effin' genius who built a house there?!?

Look at the bottom photo, all the houses on the right side of the street had the railroad in their side yard, and the houses on the left side, well, I guess they were about 40 or 50 feet from the rail road. I played on that rail road as a kid, about 6 years old or so, and across the street was that ice cream place, which is still there. I bet the value of those home went up exponentially when they pulled out that railroad, and those people instantly got another 10 feet of back yard, and never another train at 3 am
