Police pulled over 37-year-old Angie Frost last March after they received a report that the car she was driving was stolen.

The cops placed Frost in handcuffs and sat her down in the front seat of a running squad car, when the officers started shooting the breeze, she seized the opportunity to lock the doors, shift to driver, and take off.

As the officers' attention was diverted, Frost slid over to the driver's side of the police car, locked the doors and sped off.

The officers chased Frost until she stopped at a nearby Motel 6, where she was taken into custody.  Full video at https://youtu.be/Sh8oOSVa2oo skip the first 19 minutes

Face it, cops are just as stupid as the criminals. Even worse, they don't follow the procedures that are in place to prevent exactly this type of predictable behavior.

Need another example? Failure to search the suspect after handcuffing.
