I think these guys have been drinking too much of there own whiskey! Which is probably why the lines and red road markings were put there, the road works department were sloshed! Really this is just stupid. Just look down that road. What's to stop you from just driving strait through? Now if your into SCCA, (or should I say ISCC?)slalom that's another story. ;)
