Indeed, this is a sweet Chevy II. We used to call is "Chevy Also." Of note, thanks to you, I bought the biography of the work of Ed Iskenderian. He is, as you know and I did not, a founder of SEMA. Fascinating story with about twenty more pages to read.
I don't recall learning about a bio of Isky, just a documentary movie. I posted about that documentary this past June OH! Way back in 2017 I posted about the biography book https://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2017/02/matt-stone-just-wrote-and-published-1st.html I never did remember to bring my Isky dream wheel to get Isky to autograph it https://justacarguy.blogspot.com/2009/02/iskenderian-displacement-guide-and.html Among the other 20ish posts about Isky, biographically, mentioned that: He was born in 1921 in the grapevine country of Tulare County, California. His future as a winemaker never materialized because several heavy frosts destroyed the vineyards. These conditions forced the Iskenderian family to move to Los Angeles. I know I posted once upon a time who the founders of SEMA were, and that Isky is one. Edelbrock, Moon, Weiand, Hedman, Schiefer, etc
