I've posted photos of nearly every animal capable of pulling a wagon, but this is the first time I've seen a chicken used for pulling power

      might be a Brahma. It's a breed about twice the size of a typical barnyard Wyandotte. Outageous coincidence, I was looking at some site of trivia and entertainment yesterday, I think it was https://www.tumblr.com/katyperrykilled3nuns , had a range of the chickens from large to small... I can't remember why. One has black feathers, black eggs, and black meat.
