I think Ben Franklin said "haste makes waste" but I think he couldn't guess that anyone would be in such a hurry that they'd drive off a boat before it had docked
Like LL says, probably earned the Darwin Award. That is if he/she is still alive. A lot of things went wrong here, I see law suits coming. What makes me cringe is the fairy boat is still moving toward the off ramp, which means the car was crushed.
