I just learned that the Nurburgring has an abandoned hill climb road, the Steilstrecke. 450 meters long, 27% incline

    This incline can be used as part of the hike to get to the inside of the Carraciola-Karussell, it's very cool to watch race cars all day then hike back out through a gorgeous forest.
