Naw, not at all. Harleys are heavy, and most anything of substantial heft on this bike is down where it was originally - maybe even lower, as is often the case with custom bikes. Unless he's carrying a 20 stone corpse in the bag on the back seat, the weight distribution is fine.
I disagree, because I watched the video. The amount of material above the guys waist and the distance of it higher than that acts with a level effect on the center of gravity. The farther a lever from a fulcrum, the more force it exerts. In the case of a two wheel vehicle, the higher the gas tank (like this idiot) the more it acts like a metronome bob... and his extended wheelbase adds to the imbalance, and you can see that in the video. I'd prefer to think that you are making your disagreement based on the images, and didn't see the video which makes it clear, but it's a free country, and you don't have to watch the video if you don't feel like it
