I'd never heard of a McKeen Motor Car getting turned into a diner, and now I've posted two of them! This one was built from two rear ends of two McKeen Cars, it was located in South Portland, Oregon
Probably wearing my welcome out, but.....In Seattle we had a cool Dude, Andy, who had a swell train car diner called......Andy's Diner on 4th South. The best crew of workers and food. They even had room for me to park my Semi and trailers when hauling containers to the piers and all over. Breakfast at 10 P.M. Why not? Driving back roads in my Winnebago now, some old ex-railcar diners can still be found in the out of way places.
Hey! I don't think I've hear from you in a long time! I was wondering if you were ok! I mean years since the last time I remember reading a note from you! I'm glad you're still cruising in your Winnebago! I hope you send photos or addresses of those diners if you spot them again!
