I saw this in traffic the other day, and find it very unusual for someone to cover all the country and region info... this one is from Mexico, and they have a decal that sticks to the inside of the back window, that's the same as the plate.
What the possible POINT of covering the words? They are duplicated on the window sticker... but Flock cameras don't get those, is my guess
I felt bad for this guy, whose vehicle must have died at the intersection... and he seems to be waiting for a tow truck to arrive, but... who stands outside their car to do that... at an intersection?

I'm watching the new Grand Tour series on Amazon Prime, with the new guys, and it's good. They've done some interesting new things, and shown a few things that I'd never heard of... like, cutting cars in half in Kaula Lumpur for tax purposes, making their parts affordable
