The grandfather bought this car right off of the Morristown, New Jersey car lot in 1967. It is a 427/385hp 4-speed car in Butternut Yellow and the grandfather kept it until 1983 when he sold it to his son.

His son kept the car until 1993 when he fell on hard financial times and was forced to sell it.

The grandfather spotted the car again, 23 years later at a car show, but it would take another four years to be able to buy the car back from the third owner.

It had been repainted in 1993 and the interior was redone by the time the grandson bought it back in 2020.

He plans to put full Ridetech coilover suspension, Baer brakes, and Detroit steel wheels on it along with a Dart top end kit and some headers.

Notice the roof rack?

I've never seen one of these in person, that's an interesting hood decoration
