sometimes all it takes to cause a kid to succeed in this world, is good parenting on top of a exploration of possible career options. If the kid turns out to be crazy about something, they might just pursue it
the parenting part is getting them to experience a lot of things as a kid to see what inspires and motivates them
I say start with music, then a guitar, then a cool old truck, tractor, or car
