Interesting for sure....at first I thought both pics were the same car. But if they are, the second pic has been further modified after it went from California to NY. Same taillights on both, but the NY car is missing the sharp body crease that runs down the side, and the tail panel is taller. The rear fenders and tail panel look a bit like that of a 1968/69 Corvette. Looks like they took the greenhouse from a 66/67 car and mated it with a 68/69.

They look like Buick Riviera items.
