I haven't seen anything of the Motley Crue ambulances from the Dr Feel Good era, they used a '46 Buick driven by Sam Kinison, and a Cadillac Miller-Meteor in the 2009 press event





The ambulance imagery ties directly to bassist Nikki Sixx's 1987 heroin overdose and revival by paramedics with adrenaline, which inspired the song "Kickstart My Heart" on the 1989 album Dr. Feelgood.
