The photo dates from 1926 which is also the year of the Velie shown. 1926 was the first year they were fitted with Lockheed hydraulic four-wheel brakes.

There's no reason for me to doubt the accuracy, despite your corrections, as whatever it has to say about what ever I look up is better than my guessing, and takes a LOT less time than if I looked up a car manufacturer's models compared to other makers, to narrow it down, the old fashioned way. Anyway, how'd you nail the right year?
