I read the link. Very interesting. That last Electra also put Eastern Airlines out of business. They were bought by another airline. Until that time, Eastern Airline has an ACCIDENT-FREE flying record for twenty years. One of the reasons for this is that the airplane did not take off if the pilot felt unsure of anything including weather and the aircraft. "Fly Eastern''s Golden Falcon..."
