From what I can tell using Google Translate, these are two race cars that Theodore Martin (raced at Le Mans in 1949) built for his 2 young daughters. They are sitting on a double decker trailer that is shown in a couple of the pictures. They look like really nice cars and they are in great condition for being 70 years old.
