It's effective, as there are far more criminals than cops, and many outraged people willing to hit the bikers with their cars, after all... the criminals are not going to go to the police for justice

A video went viral last year, showing the killing of motorcycle riders who rob people in Brazil, claiming that it is allowed by the Brazilian government.
the video is simply a compilation of car drivers getting revenge, or settling vendettas with the biker thugs that are infamous in Brazil, and has nothing to do with the Brazilian government.
