Southern's Best Friend of Charleston replica is unloaded from its two specialized transport cars for an event at Abingdon, VA. The NS employee bringing the engine and its cars down the ramp is Charlie Powell

    This is the "Best Friend of Charleston" vintage train from the Southern Railroad. The picture was taken in Abington Virginia. This picture is also on Pinterest.

The big stack had a hinge that allowed it to to be folded back to clear the transport cars."
